Happy Father's Day - 2021 - "બાપ તમે મારા ને દીકરો હુ તમારો"

Dear Dad,

You promised yourself to do something specific and you vowed that you would do it differently than your father and you did it! Nobody was graduated in family but you promised you would do and make sure all your kids would graduate and provided them good education.! Though situation was not in favor you still decided to provide higher education to one of your kid. You and Big brother picked me and pushed me to peruse further higher in study. As result I am an successful engineer today. Whatever I am today is because of you, big brother and Mom! 

I still remember those days when you wake up in the night, put some pocket money in my bag before I leave for college study. You use to pay Rs 2 to fix your shoe so it last more month so that I can buy brand new shoes. You never took day off to make sure my college fees are paid regularly. You never bought anything for yourself but always make sure you buy things for us (even before we ask). We never saw you tired but still managing all challenging situation financially! You never stopped! You never got tired! We never saw you demotivated! You always thought us to fight the situation and raise up, be a kind human and help as much as you can! 

When I sit back and remember all the countless times that you carried us on your shoulder we being your kid convinced You are our Super Hero! The man that always encouraged us to be good human being and encouraged us to reach for the goals is YOU! Remembering the poem I wrote for you in last Farhter's day! "બાપ તમે મારા ને દીકરો હુ તમારો" ! 

On this father's day when I reflect back, my mind swirls with memories with full of treasure! Simply put, you have give me happy life, Dad and I love you. You are my hero and I can't thank you enough!

ગુજરાતિ અનુવાદ..

પ્રિય પપ્પા,

તમે નક્કિ કરેલુ કે તમે તમારા પપ્પા કરતા કઈક અલગ કરશો, અને તમે કર્યુ. આપણા પરિવાર મા કોઈ પણ ભણેલુ ન હતુ,પણ તમે નક્કિ કરયુ કે તમે તમારા છોકરાઓ ને પુરતુ ભણાવશો અને તમે એ કરયુ ભલે પરિસ્થિતિ કેવી પણ હતિ. તમે એક ને જ ઉચ્ચ કક્ષા નુ ભણાવિ શકો એમ હતુ અને તમે અને મોટા ભાઈ એ મને આગળ ભણાવા નુ નક્કિ કરયુ. આજે હુ જે કાઈ પણ છુ એ માત્ર ને માત્ર તમારા, મોટા ભાઈ ના અને મમ્મિ ના લિધે જ છુ.

મને હજિ એ દિવસો યાદ છે, રાત્રે તમે ઉઠી ને મારિ બેગ મા મારા ખર્ચ ના પૈસા મુકિ દેતા હતા, સવારે હુ એમ જ કોલેજ ના જાતો રહુ એટલે. તમે તમારા ચપ્પલ ને ૨ રુપિયા આપિ ને સાંધો મરાવિ દેતા હતા અને મને નવા ચપ્પલ અપાવિ દેતા. મારિ કોલેજ ફિસ ને પહોચિ શકો એટલે તમે એક દિવસ પણ આરામ નથિ કરયો. તમે તમારા માટે કયારે પણ કાઈ લિધુ નથિ, પણ તમે અમને બધુ જ શક્ય અપાવ્યુ છે. અમે તમને કયારે પણ થાકેલા નથિ જોયા છતા બધિ જ પરિસ્થીતિ ને સરલતાથિ પસાર કરતા. તમે તમારિ બધિ જ જવાબદારિ હરેક પરિસ્થિતિ નો સામનો કરતા કરતા પુરિ કરિ છતા અમે તમને કયારે પણ ઉદાસ કે દુખિ નથિ જોયા. તમે હમેશા અમને પરિસ્થિતિ નો શામનો કરવા નુ અને એક સારા માણસ તરિકે સમાજ મા જીવવાનુ શિખવ્યુ છે. ઘણિ વખત હુ તમારિ સાથે બહેસ પણ કરતો પણ હંમેશા તમે ગમ ખાતા શિખવ્યુ. ગમ ખાવા ના અધભુત ગુણ થિ તમારુ વય્કતિત્વ અને સ્વભાવ અમને અને સમાજ ને ઘણુ શિખવે છે. તમે કયારે પણ મારિ વાત ને ટાળિ નથિ અને મને, ધવલ ભાઇ અને માનસિ ને ખુબ જ પ્રેમ આપ્યો છે.

સંઘર્શ બધો તમારો અને આનંદ બધો અમને..

દુખ બધા તમે લિધા અને શુખ હંમેશા અમને..

કરકસર બધિ તમારે અને નવિ વસ્તુ હંમેશા અમને..

ઠિગડા તમારા ઝભ્ભા ને અને નવા કપડા અમને..

તમે અમને જીવન આપ્યુ એમા ભરપુર આનંદ પુરયો... અમારા જીવન ના સુપર હિરો ને ખુબ ખુબ પ્રેમ.. લવ યુ પપ્પા.. 💕
