One years ago on this day, we welcomed most precious bundle of joy in our life. We knew life would change after having baby but we never understood the extent of how much you can love something until you came to our life.  We thank god every day for gifting this bright, smart and handsome boy !!

Lisa and I were waiting for your arrival in this beautiful world. Time was challenging due to pandemic but we had happy excitement and was waiting for your arrival in the month of May, 2021. You are the sweetest gift from God made our life more colorful. You brought us lots of joy and happiness in our life. 

This first year spent with you as the newest addition to the family has been magical. There is always something special about seeing you sleeping so peaceful. You wouldn’t like to go bed until late night. You are Naughty as ever and still the apple of everyone’s eye, You manage to smile so easily. In the melody of our lives, you are the sweetest note !

We have all your photos saved from first year and will keep doing for years to come. When you grow up, you will be amazed to you see all such memorable cute photos and videos that we have captured for you. Your sweet laugh photo, Your cute smile photo, your bath time photos, peaceful sleep photo, sleeping on your tummy photo, your play time with Dady's laptop photo, your first crawl video, photo's at your favorite place at home (Dishwasher and refrigerator door:)), Many photos with your grandparents and many other sweet memories. 

You know in the years to come when you look back, that you have been the center of our universe from the very beginning. 

You stopped your afternoon nap time just because you did not want to miss, seeing Aarav coming back from School. You started waiting for him, when you see Aarav back from school.. that's it... :) you starts shouting, laughing, dancing and even saying something (may be you were expressing your happiness and trying to say something in baby language :)) We could see the excitement and joy on your face seeing Aarav back from school. You want Aarav to hold you up in his arm and play with you. What a joyful and happy play time!   

You’re only 1-year-old and I can already tell that you’re going to have a huge impact on this world. I love you unconditionally until the end of time, my darling son.

Ten little fingers and ten little toes, With Love and blessings our family grows!! We are proud to announce the arrival of our baby boy "ANSH" on 18th May 2021. We are now LisAnk-AaravAnsh 💕  

A newborn baby give you a totally different perspective on life and the reason you wake up each day. ANSH brought lot of happiness in our life. While ANSH holds our hand just for a short time, he hold our heart till infinity! Aaarav likes him to hold his finger and plays with him with priceless happiness. ANSH started making eye contacts and reacting with us. Fun unlimited already started!! We have this beautiful and cute new addition in our family with lot of fun, love and happiness! We are blessed!!

ANSH have been keeping us busy, most of the day he sleeps and not letting us sleep in the night  :) of course, because he wants to play in the night. Aarav is having full fun time with little brother. Having brother is a having friend for your life... I know this personally as I myself a younger brother to most responsible and loveable elder brother. You can read my last blog post for my brother here

Aarav is proud big brother with more responsibilities :) And we must admit that he already already started taking care of so many things. Because Aarav has brother, he will always have friend! We are very excited to see they share the memories and grow up dreams!

Happy Brother's Day "મોટા ભાઈ"

Dear Friends,

Happy Brother's Day! A couple days late on posting this. 

Let me begin by sharing a happiest update that Lisa and I are blessed with baby boy last week on 18th May, 2021. Aarav is now elder brother to ANSH! What a great blessing in the week of Brother's day!  Aarav has got a younger bother "ANSH" and we are now LisAnk-AaravAnsh 💕

This post is for my elder brother, Dhaval Gopani. To a brother like you is a blessing! To me, you are my guardian angel who always protects me from every sadness and sorrow. I could still remember the days when you protected me even before I felt for a need of protection!! I still remember the first mobile phone (from your earned money) you gave me when I was in engineering college, not because I had a need but because you wanted to make sure I run along with the world. 

In good times we enjoyed together while in the bad times we shared our pain together and learned from mistakes. This one is for you, Big..B !!!

કહેવાય છે કે 'મા તે મા બીજા બધા વગડાના વા'. આવું એટલા માટે કહેવાય છે કારણ કે માનો પ્રેમ સૌથી અમુલ્ય હોય છે. જેની તુલના કોઈની સાથે પણ ન થઈ શકે. એવુ કહેવાય છે કે ભગવાન દુનિયાના દરેક વ્યક્તિ સુધી પહોંચી ન શકે તેટલા માટે તેને માનું સર્જન કર્યું. કારણ કે મા એક જ દુનિયાની એવી વ્યક્તિ છે કે જે પોતાના તમામ સુખ છોડીને તેના બાળકોની રક્ષા કરે છે.

'એક માં સો શિક્ષકોની ગરજ સારે', 'જનનીની જોડ સખી નહિ જડે રે લોલ'. જેવી ઘણી બધી કેહવતો છે. જે તમામ સાચી છે. અને તેનો અનુભવ આપણે કર્યો છે. અને કરીએ છીએ.

તું "એકલો" નહિ "એકડો" છે... હજારો મીંડા તારી રાહ જુવે છે... !!

Read this statement somewhere recently and could not stop my thought process relating to the life of (pretty much) everyone who have struggled to achieve one after another success and appended zeros to their life!! 

Meaning of this statement (તું  "એકલો"  નહિ "એકડો" છે...  હજારો મીંડા તારી રાહ જુવે છે.) is You are not alone, Single, you are the "ONE" who has thousands of zeros (opportunities) waiting ahead !!

I have been keep hearing many times from people around, that luck is the only factor which helps to achieve success and everyone are not blessed with that factor! Really? People who accept this would always try to prove this right by providing examples, debating and explaining. However, people who knew "Purusharth" is the main thing that ONE has to keep doing to achieve Success. There are always opportunities around us, It just that it can be only visible to the ONE who does "Purusharth". (Purushartha is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as the "object of human pursuit” or “goals of man.” The term is derived from the Sanskrit, purusha, meaning "person," and artha, meaning "purpose.") 

One should never feel alone, single because there are always thousands of zeros (opportunities) waiting ahead. We just need to do the Purusharth so that it can be visible to us and we can keep grabbing them and keep appending to our success stories!

Let's not feel alone instead feel the "ONE" who has thousand of opportunities (ZEROs) waiting ahead.

Let's start grabbing those zeros and keep appending it to our stories. Let's all have this thought process in our regular life and keep inspiring each other.

Its Mumma Mania... Say Cheese !!

Today is not Valentine’s Day, not your birthday and even not our anniversary. Today is just another ordinary day when I am feeling thankful for having a wife as special as you. Thanks for making every day of our lives a grand celebration with our little champ.

It’s been a year I wrote a blog post on “It's Daddy Mania...Say Cheez” and today I could not stop wring the same post but this time it's “Mumma Mania”. In last one year, we have seen a tremendous amount of growth in you Aarav, you learned many many things. There are few things (like wearing a shoe, eating lunch, tying up the seat belt, etc… etc.) that you learned but never wanted to do on your own in presence of mom or dad ⌣. Actually, you know what… we never let you do on your own when we are around 😍. Your smile after helping you doing all these takes our all worry and we feel awesome by doing so! We know you have been doing all these when we are not around so its fine!! People might disagree with me but My opinion is somewhat different than others. Kids do learn few things on their own. As they grow they learn by observing things around. It’s a matter of time, some kids learn things quickly while others take little longer. You are on fastest way momma's little master!

Ohh these technologies…. Seeing you grow with all these technologies around makes us think how fast you all will grow with the help of instruments around. I was surprised when you recorded a small story in your voice on “Police car - walkie-talkie and sent it to me over WhatsUp (I know your learning source 😄)!! I couldn’t stop laughing when I heard that audio clip. The funny part of the story was when Mumma asked you, “who is going to use walkie-talkie with you?” and you immediately replied “Daddy” J.

There is going to be millions of opportunity and I am eager to see your interests. I know you are too young Aarav but still, my eyes are constantly watching your growth and we are reading your interests J. Well, We must admit that kids do change and seeing constant change and growth in them makes us feel so nice in many ways. 

There was a time when Aarav was completely Dady’s dude and Lisa was feeling good as she did not have to do many stuff J, (kidding, well, she keeps asking Aarav when will you be Mumma’s little master?). Aarav was always like, Daddy will put me in car seat, Daddy will hold me, I will go with daddy, Daddy will feed me, Daddy will hold me and not Mumma, etc.. etc.. All those little things which Lisa and I thought we would divide between us did not work the way we expected! But as I said, kids do change and A LOT. Their need, their interests, their expectation, their requirements, their food habits, their friends all changes… 

You keep predicting them and they keep proving you wrong !! J 

Now It’s not just Daddy, there is also a Mumma mania at home and I must say, its equal J.

Time flies ? - Time you love and like is the only time flies !!

Eyes are the mirror of reason and love, and that in their expression can be revealed much without a word spoken!!

When you feel emotional, you express your emotions differently…. by sharing with friends or sharing with family, Some people just express their feelings with themselves. !! Imagine, when you are driving your car and thinking for someone and in next minute, you cannot stop your eyes getting wet.... is your LOVE for the person. But you gotta make sure that you don't show your wet eyes and pretend yourself with lots of energy, strength, positives and confidence. I firmly believe that smile we sent will always return. Of course, There will always be few exceptions but we generally ignore them and move on ;) 

I have been telling Lisa many times in last few months that "Time really flies" by watching Aarav grow. But I would admit that it's not always true... The time you love and like are the only time flies fast !!

A real pillar of my strength, my DAD’s thoughts, always inspiring me for many things in life, One of it was "લાઇફ મા તડકો અને છાયો આવયા કરે" which means, Sunlight (Happy time) and Dark (Painful time) are part of life. You cannot avoid or stop them,  They are under control of thousands of factors, some are under your control while many are not !! So accept it and move on…. Just be grateful for the positives! He even today keep telling us.. “Two ways you can pass your time, with a smile on your face or with tears in your eyes…” Choose smile because smile you sent will always return.. you don’t want to send tears and expect it in return.. .!! A very nice and short lesson but very difficult to implement in life. Thank you, Dad for teaching us such an important lesson of life and it always helps us pass time with smile no matter how bad it is!! I am sure, Aarav will learn the same when he grow up.

The World is full of feelings and surprises and everyone tries to express their part, in a different ways though..! One can never predict next minute… But what I feel is, every minute gives us an opportunity to express our feelings and be grateful for the positives but mostly we misses these opportunities.

Look for something positive in each day, even if some days you have to look a little harder!

Ready.. Steady.. Go.. ! Have fun Kids !

Remember this kids… ? Last summer all together… nice sunny day, on pacific beach… you all buddies had lots of fun. I know this post probably does not make sense for any one of you, little dudes (Aarav, Rian, Akshat, Naitik) Well, I will wait for the day when anyone of you read this blog and reply to this post with your thoughts…!! Excited and will wait for that day..! Here is what I have to say on days like these we spend together.

It has been an almost more than a year you guys have spent time together as buddies. We all know time flies… and you all are one year older. You all enjoyed each other’s birthday parties here in San Diego... I was scrubbing through photo memories of you all and I saw individual's birthday party pictures and I must say “You all rocks”. I have hundreds of pictures from those parties, don’t want to share those here otherwise one day google will ask me to stop writing blogs and posting pictures ;) Make sure you ask your parents for those pictures and I will make sure to share those with them. I have lots of thoughts in my mind and would like to share few of them with you, BTW, these are my observations while watching you all grow :) :)

Naitik, You are a group “leader” and keep asking others to follow on what you would like others to do. That’s a nice quality and keep that up in life. Your imagination is great... and you remember things very well. How can I forget “making a toy house” project with you at my home. I promised you to make a toy house from boxes and I still hold that promise, we will do that once you are back from your India trip. God bless you, little monitor!

Rian, You are a silent fearless master. You don’t care much, especially you are given a CARs..  One of the big fan of CARs... (Parents beware.. J) Good quality of yours is you are a fearless dude, don’t worry about things, no matter what happens, just be busy with your things. You are more flexible and can be adjusted with others easily. I know you just had your first day of school and I am pretty much sure you had a nice time there J. Fearless master, God bless you!

Akshat, you are a shout little master, I think one of the loudest voice from 4 of you and enough loud to tell others don’t underestimate me ;) Well, you are youngest in four but equal capable of dealing with them. We see you growing great with your 3 other buddies. How can I forget you and Aarav took care of each other very well. If Aarav is at your home or you are at our home, in any case, you both does not want to stop playing together. Caring for but never trying to own may be a future way to define friendship!

Aarav, you are a little dance master, You love music and you enjoy at its best. This is something we have been observing since last 2 years! Prove me, right Dady's dude.. I love music too and I would like you to learn at least one instrument and enjoy your life with music and dance. You remember things very well. Like all other parents, I also have thousands of things in mind where you made us surprised by remembering few things which we couldn't. Like others, you also have many things unique… If someone asks me to tell the difference you have vs 3 others? well, Only difference I could think of is “You are Daddy’s little master” while others are Mostly Mumma’s !! J I don’t want you to prove me wrong in this case…! Love you all!

Okay, guys... So these are just a few things, I thought of writing for you all and wish you all have fun in future. Enjoy life wherever you all may be. Have fun!

There has never been, nor will there ever be anything quite so special as the love between you and us, kids !! Life is yours, Enjoy at its best!

1-2-3... Happy Birth Day Aarav... You are 3 today !!

Last year same day.. posted a blog on your 2nd birthday and could not stop writing this year too and will keep writing on every birthday my son !! Many Many happy returns of the day little master!!

Three years ago on this day, we welcomed most precious bundle (“LisAnk-Aarav”) of joy in our life. We knew life would change after having baby but we never understood the extent of how much you can love something until you came to our life. We thank god every day for gifting this bright, smart and handsome boy !!

I don’t even know where to begin this post. It’s your third birthday and since my last post I have millions of things and thoughts to express for you Aarav !! Let me start with few of them on your 3rd birthday.

Our day started seeing you sleeping peacefully in the bed at around 7:30am. As always.. by the time you wakes up.. I would have completed my 20% work time !! ;) You wakes up late everyday dude… ! Thank God you are enrolled for afternoon class for your pre-school. But don’t be happy… you are on wait list for morning class anyway, so in next few weeks you would have to wake up early and go to school… J J We ordered very nice cake for you with your loving car theme (which was any way surprise for you). The moment we open a cake your expression for "wow" was not for cake but was for CAR... ;) We took you to the school and during the circle time we celebrated your birthday with all school kids and with your loving teachers. Thank You MLC School  (http://mlcschool.com) for allowing us to celebrate Aarav's birthday. You were not expecting Dady and Mummy at school for your circle time and you were sad initially (dont know what were you thinking) must be afraid that Dady and Mumma would stay at school and with that thought how would you enjoy :) 😝 After your memorable birthday celebration we came back home and  you started your regular school time and activity. We requested your teachers to make a wish and write something in your beautiful memory book we made with all your beautiful photos... Thanks to MLS staff for your wonderful wishes on Aarav's scrapbook!

This year has bought many many changes in life since last year. We have been noticing lost and lost of change in you… Speaking is one of the biggest change.. You have started speaking almost everything… I use to call you a copy cat ;) few months back you started copying everything I speak at home J

Most beautiful thing you have started doing is.. giving big hug when I come home. Well, that’s not it… you have special style of giving your Daddy a HUG. You first ask me to go 10 feet away and stand there, then you start counting 1,2,3… all the way to 10.. The moment you speaks 10.. you run towards me and jump on me to give me a Billion Dollar HUG J !... Well, what could be the biggest thing in your life compare to this B$$ HUG from your son! You are awesome dude!! You are naughty and Apple of everyone’s eye… ! Keep doing your Bakada with Daddy every night before sleep time:)

I always mentioned in my posts that you have been feeling our book of memories with lots and lots of happiness…! Any time we go back and picks up any random page of this book, It was always you with lots of fun and happiness my Son! I am sure…you will keep feeling thousands of more pages!

Wishing you a very happy birthday my Son.! Keep smiling, be happy and always try to be a reason for other’s happiness in life !!

Its my first day of school Mumma Daddy !!

People say first day of pre-school should not be stressful. Well, yeah.. we also tried very hard and made plan thinking small things in advance to be relax on first day of Aarav’s school ! It was not a stressful day, busy though :) !!

Aarav was pretty excited to go his school today. Actually he was keep asking to go school from last few weeks. We knew the reason, in our recent vacation trip to back home India, he use to see my niece and nephew going school everyday, different school activities etc... Every morning he use to see School bus and kids going school. He was pretty excited to see them going school and was asking us “Daddy School… Mumma School” pointing his finger to the school bus. We took him to my niece’s school couple of times when we were in India, he was happily playing around with kids, running behind them on schoold ground, following kids what they do. We thought while he likes this activities and showed his interest to school, let's start his school. 

After coming back to states we started exploring different options to start his pre-school and choose “Montessori Learning Center” (Best school around our area)  . We visited school couple of times and met teachers there, Director of school Ms. Diane and teachers are very nice. We had a great school tour to see the facility and activates, we also discussed many things on how they teach kids, methods of teaching alphabets, we are impressed with their methods and way of teaching kids.  After our school tour and a discussion with School director, we choose this school for Aarav and enrolled him for 2016-2017 !

First day of school is a big step in our children’s lives. There will be new feelings for both kids and for parents too. As a parents we hope our kids will be excited and enthusiastic. Parents would be in hopes and worries about how their children would be.  There are lots of information available online on tips, strategies on how to prepare for this big step. Believe me, every parents would have mostly common story (with some differences)!! Sending a child to pre-school for the first time will be emotional roller coaster!! We will have to contain our emotions to help our child to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Today was a watershed step, first day of school !! We were pretty excited and started our day with all our plans we made in advance to be on time at school and do the document work for his school registration. Everything went well, Aarav was pretty happy too, He was thinking that Dady and Mumma are also going to stay at school with him. Aarav’s school timing was at 1:00pm, we reached little early as per plan to introduce Aarav to other kids. They opened school door at sharp 1:00pm, we took and entry. He was still happy, following other kids with his school bag in his hand. We completed some documentation work with school director. We were all set to move out from the school leaving Aarav with other kids and teachers.

                                                                                    

One of the teacher came and asked Aarav to join other kids for their school class and immediately he turned his face with surprise and asked us… “Dady come… Mumma come..” But we had to leave him there. This was the time he started realizing that mom and dad are leaving me alone and he started crying… This was a tough time, seeing your kid crying and leaving him there. But We were confident enough on school and techers. We came out of school, He was crying, we were still be able to hear… ! We thought of waiting outside school at least until he stops crying. After 5-10 mins, He stopped crying. Teachers did an excellent job on keeping Aarav busy on different activities, he started playing with other kids also. I drove back to work and Lisa went back Home. After one hour we called school director to see How is he doing and he was doing absolutely fine.

Well, I must say, we were eagerly waiting for 4:00pm where his school ends, Lisa reached school early to pick him up, the moment door opened and he came out and saw Lisa.. He cried and complaining Lisa about why did she leave him alone. Why didn't she stayed there ? After few minutes he was absolutely fine and started telling us the schoold time story, what did he do, what he eat, what kids were doing, how did he played with others etc.... (obviously in his language which we 70-80% understand ;) ). 

First day of school was a full of excitement for Aarav and specially for us with lots of emotions !! Looking forward to his upcoming school days! Thanks you to Montesorri staff and school director and wishing you all the very best dear Aarav ! Have fun and enjoy each and every moment in life !

Its Daddy Mania !! Say... Cheese !

It’s your magical Smile "Aarav" when I “say Cheese” !! ☺

Despite loving natural photos, there is something special about photos captured after you say two magical word “say cheese” !! BTW How did you know Aarav, whether I am taking selfie or capturing your photos from rear camera? Any way I have been accepting your many learning things these days, so one more to that list !

It is amazing that how fast you grow and how fast you grasp and pick the things you like. We have been observing your attachments with DADY and MUMMA !! Well, for mumma you just started ☺.. ! Lisa, don’t worry… there is nothing that you or I could do… I think it’s toddler’s way of making their choices ;)  Well, Its “DADY MANIA” !! ☺ Lisa, I understand it’s really hard not to feel a bit guilty if you are the one being ignored specially when I am around ! When I am not around, any way he does not have choice and behaves like he is totally yours.. Shall I say “MUMMA MANIA” throughout day and “DADY MANIA” rest of the time and whole weekend ☺?

I think this is pretty common situation for most parents and have been hearing same stories from lot my friends. Every home would have one (DADY) or another (MUMMA) “MANIA” ! Its toddlers way of grow. Remember there is no standard for toddlers!  Let me also clarify that It has nothing to do with one of you being loved more. It is mostly because of familiarity and comfort with their routine. In our case, for few things he needs Mumma while for some he needs Dady !  Dady cuddles would calm him down when he cries while Mumma would not work in this case! (well, don’t get me start on back pain I have after lifting up every time, this was one of the potential reason we thought we should change this MANIA to MUMMA !!) Likewise there are few other things where Mumma would work but daddy would not… like changing diaper, potty, lunch, dinner etc… ! 

I think, MANIA is something that we create, kids are like plain slate and we keep writing and filling content that we would like. Creator of MUMMY/DADY MANIA are parents themselves ☺!!

I believe, its manageable and can be control by doing few things that we just started. For example, He loves music and wants DADY to dance with him all the time. Now we start putting our effort to make him realize that MUMMY can dance too ☺

Things may vary parents to parents but believe me... No matter MANIA goes to Mumma or Daddy but it’s all fun !! Enjoy your Mania !!

Happy Birthday Aarav, You are 2 today !!

I don’t even know where to begin this post. It’s your second birthday and since my last post I have millions of things and thoughts to express for you Aarav !! Let me start with few of them J

On your second birth day I just went back and read last few posts and it brought an emotional feeling to my eyes! Can’t believe you are 2 today !! Two years ago on this day, we welcomed most precious bundle (“LisAnk-Aarav”) of joy in our life. We knew life would change after having baby but we never understood the extent of how much you can love something until you came to our life.  We thank god every day for gifting this bright, smart and handsome boy !!

Our day starts with seeing you sleeping peacefully in the bed. By the time you wake up I would have completed my 25% work in office and around 11:00am phone rings with your Mom’s number and I come to know that you are UP now and Mom’s duty running behind you starts !! I don’t think I need to mention how much you love, cartoons specially some standard ryams like “Wheels On The Bus”, “”Johny Johny Yes Papa”, “Head, Shoulder, Knees and toes” etc…  You would always need those ryams to play either on tablet, TV or on Mumma’s Cell Phone. We have been observing a great change and growth in terms of many things, like learning letters, ryams, signs, numbers and speaking on your way no matter what that means, How funny it is !!

This year has bought many change in life since last year, You are like talking machine !! You know what you say when you have been asked to say something! Ok… Here are few of them… J

Isn’t it funny  ! You know I have lists of words in my mind, If I start writing those, it will be many…! J

You wouldn’t know how much you like Buses and Aero Plane ! Thank god we are living nearby Bus Transit station, whenever we go out we at least  be able to see few buses going in and coming out from the transit station. The most exciting part for us is when you say “Baaa Bushee… Baa Bushee” with smiling excitement on your face whenever you see buses ! How exiting !! You are dady’s super little buddy, always ready to give hug especially when you say “No” J.

You made many friends in this two years, Devarsh, Aangi, Rian, Naitik, Akshat. When you all gathered at one place, you use to play like anything and makes us busy in one or another way J !! Funny ! I don’t know where you all will be in future, one of you might be a business man, engineer, doctor, dancer, artist, or may be a politician J I am just guessing… I know you all would do best where you are at ! Wish you all the best for future, you all have bright future ahead of you !!  There is always something special about seeing you sleeping so peaceful. You wouldn’t like to go bed until late night and that to be you would always first like to jump in the bed with us, you make us horse and ride on us J and then you fall down many times in between and laugh like anything until you feel yourself tired!

You are Naughty as ever and still the apple of everyone’s eye, You manage to smile so easily. In the melody of our lives, you are the sweetest note ! Happy Birthday to you my sweet son Aarav. You are the light of my life and we are proud of you. You have infinitely made us stronger and better individuals, we look forward to each and every day we spend together. You bring more love and happiness to our life than you will ever know.

I hold your little hand in mine, it reminds me that life is so fine !!

I could not stop writing this post Daddy's little guy !! Actually, I must say, every day is a new post with lots of fun and excitement when you have baby at home!!

I am sure, all parents must have experienced this fun, every parents probably would have different story to share. Here is ours... and this one is for you my life.. Aarav !

I still remember the post I wrote last year on "parenthood" and fun.. ! You were 9 months old and were away from your Daddy for few weeks, I know how hard was that time! I can't believe 20 months have passed since you came in to this beautiful world. Time flew so fast, may be because we enjoy, we really did enjoy watching you grow up my son ! I must say, you fascinate us with your every little milestones. You are the one making us feeling happy every day and busy too ! You are the reason of our life little one... ! I don't know if I will be able to do what it takes to achieve all my dreams but I do know that I will do whatever it takes to help you achieve all your dreams as you grow up.

We are observing changes within you. For instance, we noticed how you reaches out to brightly colored toy cars. How can we forgot your interest in music? We were thinking babies at the age of one and half probably would not know about the specific type of musics and you proved us wrong my hero !! We surprised to see you enjoying music. Well, place does not matter fro you, you are just enjoying :). I still remember that shopping day, we were busy in debating to chose some cloths while you were enjoying and dancing on the song played in the store, I recorded that moment in a short video and enjoying to see you and your innocent dance on the floor every time we play this :). I tried not to miss single moment of our life together and keep recording, lots of selfies, videos, photos and of course few blog posts :) I am sure you will enjoy each and every thing when you see and feel this !!

I still remember the first word at the age of 11th month you pronounced saying "baasssh.." it was soo sweet to inform people "that's.. it" but for you it wasn't !! :) Later, each day something new.. few of them are "Basee... (this one is for bus)", "Ohh nuuuuu", "Oooooo", "Mummaa", "Dadeee" etc... Wait, How can I forget "Ishikaa.." :) Today I could see you are trying to copy every single word we ask you to speak with your cute way ! Whatever you speak is way more impressive and cute than we speak, no matter whether its correct or not !! You would not know how cute you were speaking unless you hear yourself all these moments I captured for you. You know, I am addicted to your cuteness your laughter, your sweetness hugs and kisses, magic and your response to the music and dancing with me. I love that you let your imagination make your and our life more exciting and colorful.

You would probably enjoy the moments and fun you have enjoyed with your first friend in your life.. Devarsh ! Lucky you that you have Devarsh as first friend in your life. Couple cutees are waiting for the best time to come in to the beautiful world to give you a company :). I am sure and wish you all will have fun in future and enjoy your life wherever you all may be !! Have fun guys.. life is yours!!

I was standing in the greeting card section of the grocery store a couple of days ago, I just couldn't find a card that could adequately express the love that I feel for you Lisa. After a 4 years of marriage, I just can't believe how happy I am !

From last couple days I have been thinking that how often I express my appreciation to you for all such things that you have been doing for me. Today, I could not stop writing myself. “Thank You” for your all support and being with me during my bad and good time. Last 4 years that I have passed would have been not so memorable if you would have not been part of my life. I would like to ensure that passing years have not diminished my love and caring nature for you in the least, Instead my love only depends on time because it always gives me more opportunities to appreciate how you have been managing challenges in our life in good and bad time. I would like to express thanks for all your support and care that you have been doing for myself and family from last 4 years.

I was recalling memories of our travel to many states of USA and India, late night long drives on express ways, fun with friends and family etc.. 1st March, 2011 was the day when the new chapter of our life started, since then we have been writing lines by lines and paragraphs by paragraphs. It always gives me more happiness whenever I go back and open any page of this chapter and read any paragraph, because each and every paragraph has one or more reasons for the happiness J. Thanks for writing such a wonderful memories on one of the best chapter in my life, I wish we keep filling up the contents for coming years and years and years !

I know, 2014 is the best memorable year in our life as our dream came true! We blessed with a Cute little pie, our little champ “Aarav”. Since then the days are passing extremely fast with lots of happiness every day. I would not like to miss the opportunity to celebrate so much of happiness that we gathered together since last 4 years. Hope you loved the arrangement! Aarav, you made our life even more beautiful, adding lots of happiness every day. We wish you a great life with lots of happiness around.

I was given a mic during the party by my friends and asked to express the feeling over the past years of togetherness, the moment I start expressing thanks for them, they stopped me saying friends are not whom you should express thanks J… My dear friends you guys are awesome !! made our life even more joyful ! I know here you would not be able to stop me J

Thank you all of you my friends, you blessed us with your best wishes on the occasion of our 4th wedding anniversary and our cute little Son’s first birthday. Special thanks to all of you who attended the party and made our day even more wonderful. Without your presence that day would have been just like another day in the calendar ! I still remember the time, decoration was not ready, arrangement was not done till last hour and you guys made it possible with your hard efforts. Friends like you all made my party totally worthy!

The music wouldn't have been exciting, food wouldn't have been yummy, drinks (soft one J) wouldn't have been slurpy if you hadn't come to our party ! By gracing our party you guys have graced our heart with joy and our day with good wishes !

Fun, Love, Memories and happiness is what you get when you are in parenthood !

“Dreams always comes true, and ours came to us wrapped in blue” 
 

Our's came to us on 31st of Jan, 2014 and since then the life changed completely in many ways. Today he turned 9 month ! Life filled up with all sets of new happiness and joy when baby arrives. We realized that he (his name is Aarav) made love more stronger. Initial 8-10 weeks he was mostly sleeping without knowing when to sleep and when not too J So that time was kind of challenge for us.. but you know, I must say even with sleepless nights I was totally charged in every morning for the work and having excitement to come back home soon finishing work fast to see cute smile. So the time was flying fast with an excitement to go home after work to see baby every day. After coming home we use to go out for walk with baby and believe me these moments are real memorable as you could see extremely different reaction, excitements and fun on baby’s face. We laugh when they laugh, we smile when they smile, Baby remind us what it’s like to be happy with the simple things in life. They are so innocent that whatever expression you give them they will return those with a cute smile which is what you always wait for and that will force you to smile... Isn't it ? :)

Somewhere I read and our parents also told us that we should go out for walk every day for few minutes. Giving baby an opportunity to see the world with different things, lights and fresh and natural air in their initial growth phase. This is very useful for the babies as it helps improving baby’s vision and grasping power in terms of their growth. Seeing your baby with different expression on their face is extremely different experience. Isn’t it ? I am sure the moment you see your baby with different expression, you would try to give the same expression in return. Isn’t it a fun you have ever enjoyed? Giving them a different expression with full of joy is a one of the great fun in the world. We have been realizing and enjoying these moments of life with ‘Dady’s little Guy’. At the age of 4-5 months he started recognizing people around him meaning he know who is mom and who is dad. One day we had a regular doctor visit when he was 5.5 months old. He was playing with us even when we were discussing with doctor. The moment we put him down for doctor for regular checkup, and the moment doctor touched him for checkup he started crying!! We realized that he is recognizing people ! The moment we lift him up he was smiling and started playing in his natural mood !

Another kind of fun I always enjoy is with my wife Lisa :), arguing on whether he is “Dady’s little Guy” or “Momma’s little teddy” !! J Especially when we are on shopping for Aarav. I always want to buy a cloths with printed statements like “Dady’s little Guy”, “Dady’s little Champ” etc… and She always wants to buy something like “Momma’s little teddy”, “Mummy’s little master” etc… ! With making arguments to each other we sometime end up buying two sets of cloths to make our self-happy or someone (mostly I have) has to compromise J. Isn’t it a fun shopping ! Yes it is, we have been hearing from many friends but now we are realizing the fun out of this little things. A baby makes love stronger, day shorter, past forgotten and the future worth living for…. !

Babies makes us charged everytime we see them, makes us stress free when you come home and see them. Every day is full of fun, surprises and happiness because every day they grow by grasping and learning new things. We could observe new things and activities everyday which makes us even more happy!!. Seeing your baby learning new things keeps you busy and charged.

Fun, Love ,Memories and happiness is what you get when you are in parenthood ! Enjoy your parenthood at its best and keep recording all memorable moments !
